Terms and conditions of sale

Products that have been transformed and/or modified cannot be covered by the warranty, nor can premature wear and tear due to misuse, impact, dropping or vandalism.

Spare parts are delivered postage and packing paid. 

Special products cannot be returned or exchanged. A deposit of 30 to 50%, depending on the product and confirmed at the time of order, is required for all production runs.

Except in the case of error on our part, all returns or returns of goods are made with our agreement, carriage paid, carriage paid to our head office, and 10% will be deducted for reconditioning.                                                                                                   

Toute réclamation doit intervenir dans les 10 jours maximum suivant la livraison.                                                                          

En cas de litige seul le Tribunal de Commerce de Saint Etienne est compétent y compris en cas de pluralité de défenseurs.                     

In accordance with the law of May 12, 1980, the items in our catalog are subject to a reservation of title clause until full payment has been received. 

In application of article L441-6 of the French Commercial Code, late payment penalties are due on the day following the payment date shown on the invoice, and unpaid sums will bear interest pro rata temporis at three times the current legal interest rate. 

Under the French law on the modernization of the economy (loi de modernisation de l'économie) in force since January 1, 2009, payment of amounts due may not exceed 60 days from the date of invoice.  

In addition, if the purchaser has failed to meet any of his obligations under a previous order (late payment, non-payment), he may be validly refused the sale, except in the case of satisfactory guarantees or cash payment. No discount will be granted for cash or advance payment.

Goods are transported and delivered at the consignee's risk. The goods must be checked in the presence of the carrier, and clear reservations must be made on the delivery note. These reservations must be confirmed with the carrier by recorded delivery within 48 hours (Article L133 of the French Commercial Code).

Metropolitan France and Corsica: Franco €150.00 net excl. tax, below this, flat-rate postage and packing.   

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain (except islands), Luxembourg, Italy (except islands), Netherlands: Postage and packing €200 net excl. tax, below, flat-rate postage and packing.

Danemark, Suède, Irlande, Hongrie, Pologne, Portugal (sauf îles), République Tchèque, Slovénie, Slovaquie, Croatie :  Franco 200 € net HT, en dessous, frais de port et d'emballage forfaitaire.                                                                                                            

Direct deliveries to end-users are possible, subject to a flat-rate charge for postage and packing, regardless of the value of the order. 

Export: FOB or Ex-works quotation
